Maintaining that thin line between nerd-town and hip-city, Svetlana brings passion and discipline to all aspects of our projects.
A recovering IT Analyst, Svetlana pulled a 'career 180' in 2002 when she (finally!! yey!) received her permanent US Green Card and joined forces with some of her pirate friends (the kin-folk at Across The Way Productions) in a bold and daring adventure then christened Floyd County World Music Harvest Festival, now better known simply as FloydFest.

Jamie Reynolds
Project Manager
Jamie is the odds and sods guy at Creality. The Aussie has been involved with the AtWP team for the past three years, cutting his teeth at the 2005 FloydFest where he worked in the admin office at the festival.
With Across the Way and Creality, Jamie has done almost everything else as well, including front gate, tickets, volunteers, ice, promotions & publicity, web development, design, and even a bit of dancing.
In fact, he was dancing at the 2005 FloydFest when he met his wife – who runs the Healing Arts at FloydFest - and the rest, as they say, is a mystery.
